Colombia Remote Adventures was founded with the idea of providing a unique, authentic and adventurous Amazon-experience while supporting local communities and making every individual aware of the importance of this region.

We believe that education is the best way to bring about positive change in a community and therefore we contribute a percentage of our profit to buy school material for the children of the indigenous communities we visit. We visit the schools of the communities once a year to bring the much needed schools kits and uniforms for the children to be able to attend school.

Our idea is to create a preservation project or natural reserve where you or our team plant trees every time you book an experience with us. The CRA team will look after the area, the plants and wildlife. We are currently looking at different options but wanted to share our idea with you already. It will be a long journey still until we reach this goal, but we hope to be able, once haven found the perfect spot, to take care of at least a small part of the “lungs of the world”.
